Collaboration
I believe that great learning experiences are built on a foundation of strong partnerships. When working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, my goal is to take complex, raw technical data and shape it into clear, actionable learning objectives.
Design Process
My design philosophy is anchored in the ADDIE framework. I utilize Articulate Storyline to build responsive, interactive scenarios. I also create animated videos in Vyond, and craft high-end visual assets using Canva and Adobe Express.
